WidgetPro provides home and lock screen widgets for football scores, weather, stock prices, clocks and quotes. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
1. What we collect
- Usage data: which screens and widgets you use, plus basic device information such as model, OS version and country. We use it to understand how the app is used.
- Crash reports: technical details when the app crashes or fails to load data, so we can fix problems.
- Approximate location (optional): used only to show local weather, and only if you allow it. You can search for a city instead.
- Content requests: the leagues, stocks or places your widgets display, sent so the app can get the latest scores, prices and weather.
- Advertising ID: used by our ad and analytics providers.
We do not access your contacts, photos, files, calendar or messages.
2. What stays on your device
Your widget settings, favourite teams, stock watchlist, chosen locations and recently loaded data are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes them.
3. Advertising
WidgetPro shows a video ad only when you choose to watch one to unlock a widget. Pro users see no ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to personalise them. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalisation in your device's Google settings.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the app, such as for analytics, crash reporting and ads, or when the law requires it. Usage and crash data is kept only as long as needed to improve the app, and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your choices
- Turn off location access at any time in Android settings.
- Reset your advertising ID, or limit ad personalisation, in your device settings.
- Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove everything stored on your phone.
- Contact us to ask about, or ask us to delete, any data related to you.
6. Children
WidgetPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
